Celebrate the splendor of the Baroque era with masterworks of Bach and Handel. Solo oboist Evan Tammen is featured in two dazzling concertos, surrounded by the grace, vitality, and timeless beauty of two Baroque masterpieces: Bach's Orchestral Suite No. 3 in D, and Handel's timeless favorite, Suite from the Water Music.

Broadway hits, favorite show tunes, and stellar guest vocalists Julie Benko and Sal Viviano join the Heartland Festival Orchestra for an evening of unforgettable entertainment to "greet the New Year". A high-energy celebration of the music of Frank Sinatra and Frankie Valli - plus much more - that has captivated audiences for generations.

Two of Chamber Music's greatest masterpieces take center stage: Schubert's transcendent Cello Quintet and Dvorak's beloved American String Quartet. Intimate in the scale yet symphonic in scope, these works offer extraordinary beauty and emotional depth.

The season concludes with masterworks for string orchestra, featuring Respighi's Ancient Airs and Dances, Grieg's charming Holberg Suite, Baber's powerful Adagio for Strings, and Tchaikovsky's magnificent Serenade for Strings.
